(Look at that, I made it easy for you to join) I went to Wild Idaho this year and I must say I only wish I could have stayed for Sunday's discussions, it was a great learning experience on topics that are incredibly important to everyone, especially Idahoans. Big Creek is really one of those last best places and westslope cutthroat trout are truly special and all of this stuff we are trying to protect are connected to the Middle Fork of the Salmon River and the Salmon River, then the Snake River, then the Columbia River. So, this really matters above and beyond the Payette National Forest's permitting of this that made the Wilderness Act of 1964 seem impotent and not important, which is reason enough to apply the brakes.
